Does life ever feel like an endless balancing act—managing responsibilities, relationships, and
the expectations of others while trying to make time for yourself?

You might feel drained by all of the changes life keeps throwing your way, or long for change but feel unsure where to begin.

For many individuals, that pressure can build into anxiety, stress, depression, or a lingering
sense of being stuck.

You’re not alone, and you are worthy of support. Therapy offers a space to pause, reconnect, heal, and find direction.

I work with individual adults, couples, and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life
transitions.

My approach is collaborative, integrative, and client-centered, fostering growth and self-understanding. We’ll work together to tailor therapy to your needs, strengths, and goals.

For couples, I incorporate Gottman Method strategies to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen connection.

Clients describe my style as warm, down-to-earth, and supportive. I value diversity and believe
our identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences shape how we move, heal, and connect with
others.

I’m bilingual (English/Spanish) and passionate about helping clients create more balance, clarity, and confidence in their everyday lives. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you as you move toward your own healing and growth.
