Can’t find the words? Let your creativity do the talking.
Art therapy offers a creative, supportive space to express what words sometimes can’t. You don’t need any artistic skills—just a willingness to explore. Whether you’re working through trauma, stress, or simply looking for a new way to connect with yourself, art therapy uses drawing, painting, and other creative tools to help you process emotions, gain insight, and find healing in a way that feels natural and freeing.

Frequently Asked Questions
WHAT IF I'M NOT GOOD AT ART?
You don’t need to be good at art! Art therapy is about self-expression and exploration, not creating a masterpiece. The focus is on the process—using art to express your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. No previous art skills are necessary, just an openness to exploring in a creative way.
I DON'T LIKE PAINTING. CAN I DO SOMETHING ELSE?
Absolutely! Art therapy is flexible and can involve many different forms of creative expression. If painting isn’t your thing, you can work with drawing, clay, collage, or other materials that resonate with you. Your therapist will work with you to find the media that feel most comfortable and meaningful for you.
WILL OTHER PEOPLE SEE MY ART?
Your art is private and only shared if you choose to share it. Art therapy is about your personal process, and the focus is on how the art helps you explore and understand your emotions. If you feel comfortable, you can discuss your art with your therapist, but you are never required to share it with anyone else.
