Our team uses a variety of evidence-based and expressive methods, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic therapy, Somatic therapy, Art therapy, Mindfulness-based therapy, and Psychodrama. These diverse approaches help us tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals.
Your first session is a chance to share what’s bringing you in, ask questions, and start building a connection with your therapist. We'll explore your goals and decide together what therapy might look like moving forward.
Yes, we are in-network with BCBS PPO and Anthem plans. For all other insurance plans, we can help our clients submit invoices for reimbursement.
That’s completely okay. Many of our clients are brand new to therapy. We are happy to walk you through the process step by step and create a space where you feel safe and respected. We're so glad you made it here!
It depends on your needs. Some people come for short-term support around a specific issue; others stay longer for deeper healing. We’ll work collaboratively to find the pace that’s right for you.
Yes, you can access our therapy services online! Our secure online therapy platform allows you to connect with us from anywhere. All you need is a quiet space, a reliable internet connection, and a device with a camera. This service includes all our therapy and coaching options, ensuring you get the support you need from the comfort of your home.
Absolutely. We follow strict ethical and legal guidelines to protect your privacy. Everything shared in session stays between you and your therapist, with a few legally required exceptions (like safety concerns).
Yes, we have a robust Couples Counseling department, and we offer therapy for teens aged 14 and older. However, we do not provide therapy for children under 14 at this time.
