Individual therapy is a dedicated space for you to explore what’s on your mind, process emotions, and work through whatever life is throwing your way. It’s a weekly one-on-one conversation with a therapist who’s there to listen, support, and help you make sense of things—without judgment.
Whether you’re dealing with something specific like anxiety, grief, or relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck or generally overwhelmed, therapy gives you the time and space to better understand yourself and take steps toward feeling more grounded and empowered.

HOW IT WORKS
INITIAL CONSULTATION
Our free 15-minute consultation is a no-pressure, no-commitment chance to see if we’re a good fit. You can ask questions, share a bit about what you’re looking for, and get a feel for how we work—so you can move forward feeling informed and comfortable.
FIRST SESSION
Your first therapy session is all about getting to know you. You'll talk about what brought you in, what you're hoping for, and any questions or concerns you might have. There's no pressure to share everything right away—it’s a chance to start building a safe, supportive connection at your own pace.
ONGOING SUPPORT
This is your safe space to explore, heal, and grow. Sessions are tailored to your needs, whether that means working through specific challenges or simply having a consistent place to check in. Everyone’s journey is different, and we’ll figure out what works best for you, together.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THERAPY IS FOR ME?

HOW LONG WILL I NEED TO GO TO THERAPY?
It varies from person to person! Some people seek us out to process a specific traumatic event or situation which can be done with short term modalities, typically 10-12 weeks or shorter, while some people with a longer history of complex trauma can take months or years to unravel and fully heal.
Some clients enjoy having an ongoing long term relationship with their therapist to have a weekly safe space to talk about life and maintain their progress and the stability they enjoy. Many of our clients have been with us for over a decade with no intention of ever terminating.
You’re always in control, and we’ll check in regularly to make sure therapy is meeting your needs. Regardless of what length of treatment is necessary for you, the best time to start is now.
WHAT IF MY THERAPIST ISN'T A GOOD FIT?
That’s totally okay—finding the right therapist is a personal process. If something doesn’t feel like a good match, you can always bring it up. A good therapist will support you in finding someone who feels right, even if that’s not them. Your comfort and trust matter most.
