HOW IT WORKS
SCHEDULE A SESSION
Get in touch with us to schedule a teletherapy session. If you're a new client, we offer a free 15-minute initial consultation, where you can connect with a therapist, ask any questions you might have, and see if you want to move forward from there.
PREPARE YOUR SPACE
Find a quiet, private space where you can speak openly and be free from distractions. Make sure you have a device with a camera, a good internet connection, and headphones if needed.
CONNECT
At your session time, log in to our secure video platform, and your therapist will be ready to meet you. We’ll guide you through the process and ensure you're comfortable throughout.

That’s totally okay—finding the right therapist is a personal process. If something doesn’t feel like a good match, you can always bring it up. A good therapist will support you in finding someone who feels right, even if that’s not them. Your comfort and trust matter most.
