At Scarlett Solutions, we strive to make the process of accessing therapy straightforward and transparent. While we are not in-network with any insurance providers, we are committed to helping you understand your payment options and find the best approach for your needs.
Session Rates
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY: $175
We accept the following forms of self-payment:

Zelle or ACH Transfer
Payment is processed at the time of your session. You may also set up auto-pay for ongoing appointments for added convenience.
Out-of-Network Reimbursement
You may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement if you have a PPO or other plan with out-of-network mental health benefits.

To make this process easier, we partner with Mentaya, a platform that helps clients navigate out-of-network benefits and submit claims to insurance. Many clients are able to receive reimbursement for therapy sessions, depending on their plan.​

After each session, you can submit a claim to your insurance directly through Mentaya, or if you prefer we can provide you with a superbill (an itemized receipt).​​
You can submit this superbill directly to your insurance through the mail or your insurance carrier's member portal, or use Mentaya to streamline the process.​​​
​​Mentaya can handle claim submissions on your behalf for a small fee—and can check your benefits ahead of time.​

About Self Pay
We operate as a self-pay practice, which means that clients are responsible for the full session fee at the time of service. This model allows us to provide care that is personalized, flexible, and free from the constraints often imposed by insurance companies—such as session limits, diagnosis requirements, or restrictions on treatment approaches.
